My husband and I stopped in saturday evening with really no expectations but wanted to see what was available. Kevin was our salesman and he went above and beyond. I reached out online and was pleasantly surprised that the reasonable price they had listed online was their actual selling price with no hidden add-ons or markups. I purchased a 2026 Toyota Camry, and Eric was one of the best salespeople I've ever worked with. He was very responsive and professional throughout the entire process, from providing vehicle options to completing the purchase. Everyone else at the dealership was also very friendly and helpful. Great purchase experience at Sam Leman Toyota. Our sales consultant Jesse Bliss was excellent. Answered all my wife’s and my questions and never pressed for a sale. We had to break our purchase up over a couple of days to manage our work schedules and Jesse and the team were flexible and worked with us through it all. Even when Jesse was busy with another client, a different sales consultant helped us with a test drive prior to our final purchase. Great teamwork.

After we came to an agreement on the phone I drove into town to get the car and it went smooth when I arrived. It didn't take too long. Jesse was a caring and personable salesman. The cars charger was locked away during the weekend and they had it shipped out to my house and got it to me within 3 days.
I wound up not buying a vehicle from Leman (or anyone else), but wanted to mention how great Eric Gibson was to deal with. He was very honest and upfront and made the process a lot easier than I've experienced at other dealerships.
**Worst service I've ever experienced.**
I purchased a RAV4 because Toyota has a reputation for reliability and quality. After only 40,000 miles, the dealership texted me saying my front struts needed to be replaced—for **$2,400**. There was no explanation of what was supposedly wrong, just the estimate.
When I questioned the price and pointed out that I've never had to replace struts on any vehicle with less than 90,000 miles, the service advisor suddenly said Toyota would cover it as a "one-time customer goodwill" repair. This was the most pleasant car buying experience we’ve ever had. Declan was very nice and very knowledgeable. They were straightforward on pricing and Devin in finance was great! We did not feel “oversold” or pressure to buy anything. We will for sure go back there when we purchase our next Toyota!

I dealt with Damian at the dealership in the second purchase and he did everything right. We were searching for a 2026 RAV4 which is a hard vehicle to find. We bought a new Toyota Sienna. Unfortunately, they are in high demand, so it took several months to get it. There is no negotiating on the price, so be prepared for how much you are going to pay!! Ray is great to work with. He helped me on test drive and financing before I decided to buy a brand new 2026 Corolla gas car. The process is smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend this dealership and Ray if you want a brand new Toyota. However, they don’t have many used cars to choose from. If you want a used car at value price, look elsewhere.

Oliver was low pressure and provided good info about the car I bought. He made the process quick and easy. I came prequalified for a loan but the finance person I dealt with was efficient at getting it done and let me know about options I could add on to protect the car and gave advice on the best practices of keeping my Toyota on the road for the longest period of time. He came from the service department prior to finance so had knowledge beyond the typical finance person. Good overall buying experience.
