My wife and I drove 75 miles to look at a vehicle we saw online. I have always counted on first impressions and happy to say the dealership did not disappoint. If you're looking for a fancy/glitzy high overhead coffee cafe lounge type dealership this is not one but if you want to be treated like an individual in an atmosphere that is clean and functional and still get a decent cup of coffee, give this one a try! As for our salesman, Don Twedell, A plus! Just go meet him you'll see. A car salesperson sometimes has a stigma to overcome to some buyers, but they are individuals providing a service and providing for their families so Don thanks so much for your friendly and personable service. Blenn in financial office also, what a gentleman, thank you as well. Did we get a GREAT deal, that depends on what defines a GREAT deal.Did we get a good/fair deal, yes I feel we did! We saved some money and they made some money, win win. After all a business has to make a profit to stay in business. Kudos to Leman family auto group! And oh by the way, my wife loves the Highlander it was a perfect match!
Overall my experience was good and I am really happy with the used car I bought. I did have a couple issues however. The first car I looked at was a 2018 model, and while test driving my brother asked me to test out the cruise control. Turns out it didn’t have one so it ended up being a deal breaker for me. Not having cruise control in such a recent model car seems like an oddity I wish was brought to my attention my the salesman, because I would’ve been upset to learn that after buying. I may not have noticed otherwise, assuming it to be a standard feature. Other than that, I didn’t have any issues with the salesman, he was friendly and explained the buying process well. My bigger issue was with the financial advisor. I came to buy the car towards the end of the day, so I understand he was probably itching to get home. But he flew through all of the information about warranties, payments, etc. super quickly, and as a first time car buyer is was pretty confusing. It felt like he wanted us out of there ASAP because he had other things to do. Still, it all ended well and I got a car I really like. So I’m happy and would recommend the dealership. I do think they could do better at quickly going over the main features cars do and don’t have before letting you test drive, and explaining financing a bit slower, however.
Chris took great care of me and wasn’t pushy in the least. Nice new facility and all of the staff were great. Looking forward to continuing business here.
Just overall great establishment. Clean, customer service is excellent, love the free wifi, and staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.
If interested in a Toyota you should go see my friend Derrick Jones @ Sam Leman Toyota. My wife and I had an awesome experience there! Thank you so much, Derrick!
We came in to look at a vehicle that we saw online. Alfonso was very attentive to our requests and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We never felt pressured and felt that he worked with us to make sure we were happy.
By far one of the best dealership experiences I've ever had. Their management staff met me at the door when I walked in and treated me with so much respect even though I was not currently in the market for a vehicle. I got to speak with multiple sales representatives while I waited for my car in service, and all of them answered all of my questions with a smile! I have a large family and I will be recommending this dealership to all of them! I cant wait to purchase a new RAV 4 from Sam Leman Toyota! Family Owned and Operated as well (very refreshing)!
Alfonso was very easy to work with. He kept me informed every step of the way. They held the car for me until I could get out there. The financing was already pre-approved. I would highly recommend working with Alfonso at Sam Leman.
