We bought a new Toyota Sienna. Unfortunately, they are in high demand, so it took several months to get it. There is no negotiating on the price, so be prepared for how much you are going to pay!! (The great thing is oil changes and tire rotations are free for 2 years, so at least you feel like you get a few perks!!) You order it and get exactly what you want added to it! Ray is great to work with. He helped me on test drive and financing before I decided to buy a brand new 2026 Corolla gas car. The process is smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend this dealership and Ray if you want a brand new Toyota. However, they don’t have many used cars to choose from. If you want a used car at value price, look elsewhere.

Oliver was low pressure and provided good info about the car I bought. He made the process quick and easy. I came prequalified for a loan but the finance person I dealt with was efficient at getting it done and let me know about options I could add on to protect the car and gave advice on the best practices of keeping my Toyota on the road for the longest period of time. He came from the service department prior to finance so had knowledge beyond the typical finance person. Good overall buying experience.
Our first (and last) stop in looking for a new car for my daughter was at Sam Leman Toyota Bloomington. Right away we met Jesse Blick and I could tell we were in good hands! What can I say except David Jordan is the consumate professional. I had majority of my vehicle lease done remotely due to the distance from the dealer. David facilitated, having a sterling reputation working with me every step along the way. Great experience upgrading our old Toyota Rav4 to a 2026 Rav4. So worth it as technology has advanced tremendously over the last 4 years. Toyota has made a lot of changes that are really behind the scene! To look at both cars side by side you would not realize all that has been improved. Both Ed and Rylan were great throughout the process which was complicated by several vacations on both our parts! We had a narrow window to take delivery and both of them worked together to make it happen! Will definitely be coming back!
I started shopping for my Grand Highlander last fall. Eric spent a great deal of time trying to find me a late model used vehicle. When one could not be found, he then spent a great deal of time helping me select just the right new model. He explained all the features and then all of the options available.
