After we came to an agreement on the phone I drove into town to get the car and it went smooth when I arrived. It didn't take too long. Jesse was a caring and personable salesman. The cars charger was locked away during the weekend and they had it shipped out to my house and got it to me within 3 days.
I wound up not buying a vehicle from Leman (or anyone else), but wanted to mention how great Eric Gibson was to deal with. He was very honest and upfront and made the process a lot easier than I've experienced at other dealerships.
**Worst service I've ever experienced.**
I purchased a RAV4 because Toyota has a reputation for reliability and quality. After only 40,000 miles, the dealership texted me saying my front struts needed to be replaced—for **$2,400**. There was no explanation of what was supposedly wrong, just the estimate.
When I questioned the price and pointed out that I've never had to replace struts on any vehicle with less than 90,000 miles, the service advisor suddenly said Toyota would cover it as a "one-time customer goodwill" repair. This was the most pleasant car buying experience we’ve ever had. Declan was very nice and very knowledgeable. They were straightforward on pricing and Devin in finance was great! We did not feel “oversold” or pressure to buy anything. We will for sure go back there when we purchase our next Toyota!

We’ve purchased two vehicles from the dealership. The first one was an okay experience but the second one was flawless and very easy to do. I dealt with Damian at the dealership in the second purchase and he did everything right. We were searching for a 2026 RAV4 which is a hard vehicle to find. He found exactly what we wanted and was incredibly well priced. We would absolutely buy from Damian again and would make the 1+ drive. There’s two other dealers closer but would make the drive

I believe the service I receive from Sam Leman was adequate how ever it was too stressful for a diabetic of which, I am that made me desperately sick to the point that I should not have made a contractual agreement.

We bought a new Toyota Sienna. Unfortunately, they are in high demand, so it took several months to get it. There is no negotiating on the price, so be prepared for how much you are going to pay!! (The great thing is oil changes and tire rotations are free for 2 years, so at least you feel like you get a few perks!!) You order it and get exactly what you want added to it! Ray is great to work with. He helped me on test drive and financing before I decided to buy a brand new 2026 Corolla gas car. The process is smooth and pleasant. Highly recommend this dealership and Ray if you want a brand new Toyota. However, they don’t have many used cars to choose from. If you want a used car at value price, look elsewhere.

Oliver was low pressure and provided good info about the car I bought. He made the process quick and easy. I came prequalified for a loan but the finance person I dealt with was efficient at getting it done and let me know about options I could add on to protect the car and gave advice on the best practices of keeping my Toyota on the road for the longest period of time. He came from the service department prior to finance so had knowledge beyond the typical finance person. Good overall buying experience.

What can I say except David Jordan is the consumate professional. I had majority of my vehicle lease done remotely due to the distance from the dealer. David facilitated, having a sterling reputation working with me every step along the way.
